Exceptions to these guidelines for loans with credit scores 620-639 are available on a case-by-case basis. **No exceptions to these guidelines are allowed for credit scores less than 620. ***Manual underwriting allowed with 31% maximum housing ratio/43% maximum debt-to-income ratio for credit scores 580-639 at LTV less than or equal to 85%.
