Homes are becoming more and more expensive as the years pass by. In many places they now cost more than ever before. Times like this make me want to share two insights with my friends, especially the younger ones just starting out. First, just because home prices reach a new high, doesn’t mean they’re about to crash. Remember how your parents told you they bought their home for much less? And their parents even less than that? It’s true! The median price of a home in the 1940s in Utah was only about $2300. Imagine the heartburn everyone...
